Liability for Contents
Section 7, paragraph 1, of the TMG stipulates that as service providers we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general legislation. However, according to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG we are not obliged as service providers to monitor information transferred or stored by third parties or to search for indications of illegal activity.
This does not affect obligations under general legislation to remove or block access to information. However, any such liability only applies from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. We will remove contents without delay if any such legal violations become known to us.
